Chillaxin'

Breakfast food is our absolute favorite. Brunched with a friend of ours this week and went for a relaxed/chill look. Nothing better than throwing on a cute pair of kicks for a laid back kind of day. We wanted to try brunch at a restaurant called Ashmont Grill, found out they only served brunch over the weekend. We opted for another spot that we hadn't tried yet, which ended up being just OK. We were trying to branch out and try something new, but it kinda backfired. Should've stuck to our all time favorite breakfast spot, Newcomb Farms (it's a must go if you've never been). Took a girlfriend of ours for the first time a couple weeks ago and she was very content. Anyhow on to what we wore:

Longing for Spring

Hey y'all! Hope you enjoyed the weekend (for some a long weekend). This weekend we went on a long overdue sister date, which we had been planning for weeks, but Boston weather would not permit. With Spring around the corner, we wanted to shop around for key Spring pieces. We got a chance to check out the new Nordstrom Rack on Boylston St. that opened on March 14th. There were lots of cute Summer/Spring finds so check it out if you're in the area. While on Newbury St. we stopped at our fav, Zara. Although there were some amazing finds, we spent most of our time in the kids section for Nemiah (Cassan's daughter) She got her report card last week, and did really well so we treated her with a few things. We stopped at H&M last, which was a good thing because we hit the jackpot with 50% off sale items! Nothing better than getting $50 pants for $5! Here's what we wore.

Church Girls

Hey everyone, hope you all had a great weekend! A big part of the weekend for us is attending church, so we decided to share what we wore for church a couple weeks ago. We were raised Seventh Day Adventist, which means we observe the Sabbath, and attend church on Saturdays. Devon Franklin (husband of well-known actress Megan Good) who is also Seventh day Adventist, had an interview with Oprah, in which he explains the Seventh Day Adventist religion.
